What is Centipede (2001)? This version of Centipede is a recreation of the original arcade game under the same name. In adventure mode, you play as the main protagonist Wally and you need to eliminate the threat of the Centipede's and the other wacky monsters from the wee villages. One thing I would like to note about this game is, I have not figured how to make a proper .cdr image for this game yet, so the best you can do for now is extract the linked SIT archive and burn the BIN/CUE files to a CD. That is why as of now this page appears as missing files. To burn BIN/CUE files to a CD (or mount them on OS 9), Ben has made a whole page on how to do it and it is linked here.
