What is Eyeball 1.00?

When the About box mentions that this app was created by Cutie Mascot, it's talking about a "mascot" development system that Koshin Graphics Systems created (for which they won the 1999 Apple Design Award for Best Apple Technology Adoption). "Mascots" are user-made desktop animations, and this eye is an example of (a very small) one.
