What is Rise Of The Triad for Mac OS X?

ROTT, or "Rise of the Triad", is a first-person shooter for the PC, dating back to 1995, with some very innovative features and still enjoyable to play today, despite its graphics engine which is largely based on Wolfenstein 3D. As a 2002 Christmas present, 3D Realms (called Apogee back then) have released the source code to the public.

This is version X0.2.2 of the OS X port of ROTT, based on the 1.0 icculus port (see http://www.icculus.org/rott/).
This version is a universal binary, which works on OS X 10.4 and 10.5.
