What is ArtRoundUp + WetPaint Clip-Art Collection?

This archive contains ArtRoundUp 2.7 and 550 WetPaint Clip-Art Collection files, each containing 2 to 12 individual B&W pictures, sorted in folders by category.  ArtRoundUp 2.7 lets you lasso and marquee select portions to copy/paste/move, draw and erase directly on the bitmap image, makes timed slideshows and scale pages.

The clipart category folders are named as follows:
