What is ACTA Classic?

Acta is an outline processor. It lets you organize just about anything -- reports, ideas, lists, projects, graphics -- in the form of an outline, where topics have subtopics.

Classic has been given away for free, but its successor, Opal, is still in development and can import all Acta files.

This version was not sold in Japan, and due to the legal contract in force when it was released, it will not run on kanji systems. (However, Hideaki Iimori has created a patch that allows it to run with kanji.)
