What is ACDSee?

ACDSee is several tools in one. With the image browser, you can efficiently find and organize your imagees. The Viewer quickly generates a high-quality display of your image. ACDSee also comes equipped with several other features including zoom, slide show as well as audio and video playback.

System Requirements

  • Power Macintosh 200Mhz or better
  • Mac OS 8.6 or later
  • CarbonLib 1.3 or later
  • QuickTime 4.0 or later
  • 8 MB of free RAM
  • 6 MB of Hard disk space

Recommended: Power Macintosh 266 MHz or better (this includes all iMacs). ACDSee works on slower computers but performance may be affected.

Note: Version 1.6.8 installer hangs in SheepShaver under Mac OS 9.0.4 (beach ball cursor spins forever) but version 1.5.1 installs perfectly fine.
