What is VersaCAD 2.1 + 3D?

VersaCAD is a CAD/3D designing software.  VersaCAD 2.1 offers most of the tools needed to make plans, blueprints and whatnot.  It also comes with VersaCAD 3D which is a tool to visualize CAD documents in 3D with a camera you can offset in any direction or angle.  It renders as wireframe or plain shading.
