Convertor is a small utility application that lets you select one or more text files and it converts them from/to Windows <-> Macintosh.
It works fine for carriage returns and line feeds but Convertor doesn't do a very good job with the extended Latin charset, like accents or symbols, at least not between Windows 7 ASCII and Mac OS 9. Maybe it was good in 1992 between Windows 3.1 and Mac OS 6 or 7.
