What is Dots the Screen? Dots the Screen is a simple 3D matrix dots screensaver freeware application. All it is an app (no extension or control panel required) that you put in the startup applications folder so it launches with Mac OS and it's then always open in the background. It is customizable and comes bundled with 15 modules which you can set or have it randomly switch between modules after every X minutes. It can fade in/out, wake up on click move or click, you can set how many minutes to wait before fading the screensaver in. You can set a custom text string that will be animated using the 3D matrix dots. It even supports a lighting shader and customizable dots size.
