What is Math Sequences?

Math Sequences was originally a series of games for the TI-99. It was eventually ported to Mac, Apple II, MS-DOS, and Windows. Math Sequences was sold directly to schools, so it may be harder to come across than other games.

Answer math problems correctly to add to your score. When you answer correctly, a short animation will play in the lower-left corner, accompanied by stock music.

According to an archived version of their website, it was sold in standalone or networked versions. These were divided up by "skills": Basic (Grades 1-2), Lower Primary (Grades K-3), Intermediate (Grades 3-5), and Upper Intermediate (Grades 6-8). It was also possible to purchase a complete package with all 14 skills (Grades K-8) or a custom package (any 4 skills).

In 1998, the Mac version came on CD-ROM; it's possible earlier Mac versions came on floppy disks.
