What is FixTECaret?

The TextEdit service, which is a part of the MacOS’s Tool Box, seems to contain a bug: when you move the caret (the vertical line which indicates the insertion point) around a line-break by typing the arrow keys, somtimes the caret will be displayed at an incorrect position.  It’s a fault only in appearances, but I’m displeased with this problem.  The “FixTECaret” fixes this bug.
