What is Macromedia Fontographer 4.1.5?

Fontographer 4.x allowed you to create, edit and import/export fonts between Mac and PC.  Fontographer was one of the best fonts editor for Mac in the 90's.  Handles MM, Type 1, Type 3, and TrueType fonts.
