The Shadow is the ultimate weekend hack, except that in the end it took more than a weekend. The basic principle is this: you drop it in your Extensions folder, and once you restart, the Shadow will posess your computer. Every few minutes, it will type out "The Shadow Lives" which, depending on what application you are using at the time, produces results ranging from stupid to to funny. Obviously, it is best when used on someone else's Mac.
The best part of The Shadow is that if you have the command key down at the time, it sends commands to your application. Unfortunately, this could also be extemely destructive in some circumstances: it won't quit applications, but in the wrong situation, it could truly mess things up. In any case, you have been warned, and we bear no responsibility for trouble that this causes. The command keys do produce the best yuks though, especially in programs like Microsoft Word.
