What is NetManage WebSurfer?

WebSurfer is a high-performance World Wide Web browser that supports HTML 3.0 tags including backgrounds and tables, anonymous FTP, proxies and firewalls, multiple windows, and a drag and drop enabled hotlist. WebSurfer supports multi-media content such as sound, video and interactive graphics.
