What is EnTouteLettres?

EnTouteLettres is a small utility (cdev/INIT) that adds a menu to the current application menu bar that allows user to easely convert any entered number to its equivalent text.
E.g. if you type "123" at the keyboard in any text editor or word processor selecting English in the ETL menu will generate the automatic entry of "one hundred twenty three". 
Variouses options allow you to specify either or not the original number must be replaced, if the text must be followed by a space a tab or a carriage return...
