What is SimBush?

Rewind back in 1992.  SimBush generates a digital audio simulation of the Chief Executive in peak election year form, using authentic sound samples semi-randomly triggered according to a classified algorithm in Political Disinformation Theory.  Just double-click and off he goes, until you, the voter, decide enough is enough.
