What is Pegasus Mail?

Pegasus Mail is a mail client originally designed for NetWare networks, but it still has built in support for standard POP and SMTP protocols so it could connect to any mail service. Pegasus Mail also had builds for the Windows platform.

More than 25 years after the initial Pegasus Mail program was released, the company was still in operation and releasing new versions of Pegasus Mail among other software products.

Pegasus Mail features separate mailbox files for multiple accounts, an address book to manage contacts, file attachment MIME, BinHex and UUencode encodings.
