What is Pork Barrel?

You play as the president of America.  You start your term by making campaign promises.  Easy? OK but can you keep your campaign promises afterwards?  Balance the budget?  Pay off the national debt?  Can you keep America happy?  Will an assassin get you?  Want the chance to blow Saddam away?  Can you stay clean and out of trouble?  Have you been itching to eliminate welfare?  What will you do with social security?
