What is Midnight?

Midnight is a screensaver application that comes with 18 primitive screensaver modules.  Altough the modules were simple even for the time, some of them offered a bit of originality such as the "Wacky Dialog Boxes" module which displays piled up non-sense error messages in all sorts of funky-looking windows.  The app must remain open in the background since it does not come with an extension or a control panel that triggers the screensaver to launch.  Included in the download file is a "MD" app version which immediately started the screensaver view upon launch.  This could be used in conjunction other screensaver software that would trigger the idle time for the Midnight screensaver to launch.
