What is Oil Tycoon?

Oil Tycoon is a game where you are the head of a oil company and you can dig, sell oil, and buy tankers to transport it.  But beware!  An unlucky spot to dog may mean salt water instead of oil, or a crashed tanker and thousands of dollars of environmental damages.
