What is Ace Reporter?

Ace Reporter ™  is a simulation game set in the pressroom of a newspaper.  Players follow clues by reading wire service messages and locating possible leads by phone.  Using the information they gather, students must enter the Who, What, When, Where and Why/How details into the on-screen notepad and select the best headline -- all before the paper goes to press.  Successful reporters get their story printed with their byline.

Ace Reporter ™  also contains a creative writing framework.  It lets the student create his or her own Ace Reporter ™  stories for others to play.  Student writers enter their own wire service messages, phone messages, headlines and final stories.
