What is Team Xtreme: Operation Weather Disaster?

You and Team Xtreme, an elite disaster task force, are sent to Chinook, Oklahoma, in the aftermath of a massive tornado, and to many other weather-battered locations around the world; and are faced with the utterly complicated, nail-biting mission of taking out the evil Weatherman and restoring the Earth's weather to its natural state.
