What is PictScaler?

PictScaler is a small utility that lets you drag and drop PICT files on it (such as classic MacOS screenshots) and then lets you scale them using a single click or by dragging.  The single click presets formats are: 32x32 icon, 16x16 small icon, fullscreen, 100%, 200% or your own custom preset.  The custom preset interface lets you define the width and height and automatically converts measurement units between pixels, millimeters and inches and lets you adjust the aspect ratio.  There is even an option to completely eliminate the menubar at the top, the control strip and work totally in fullscreen.
