What is Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.55 for PowerPC Macs?

Back in 2013/14 when browsing the web, I stumbled upon a project which ported Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.55 to PowerPC, which at the time was just a bunch of files which could be dragged and dropped into the respective system folders. At the time, I made an installer using Xcode to install FP11 for PPC to make it a little easier. Since TLS 1.0 has been depreciated, alot of the obscure things which could be found on the internet are no longer easily as found. This software may or may not be floating around somewhere, but I cannot find it.
