What is Чкалов?

Что-то типа screen saver'а. Претупейшая программа.

Something like a screen saver. Dumb program. 

Command - increases the number of blades.
Option - Decreases the number of blades.
Arrows - northern lights. (clears the screen)
Shift - leave him alone. (exiting the program)

The file name and ReadMe in Russian, however, Russification is not needed for the program to work.
