What is Turbo Turtle?

Turbo Turtle is an implementation of the Logo programming language, which serves as an introduction to basic programming concepts such as recursion.

Turbo Turtle is a turtle graphics program primarily designed as a learning tool for children. It uses Logo commands for graphics, but is not a full Implementation of Logo. Commands and common operations are displayed on pulldown menus, executed in a graphics window as they are entered. Procedures can be written and combined for complex designs and recursive operations. Simple to use, good introduction to logo for young children.
