What is PenStorm? PenStorm is a vector graphic scripting system where PostScript-style programs can be visualized as interactive frames inside a document. This version was developed for pre-OS X PowerPC Macintoshes. If using OS X, you need the Classic environment. You can export rendered content to Adobe Illustrator 88 format, and also make QuickTime movies by interpolating the parameters of a script. For source code, please download the separate source code distribution file (note: licence is for educational purposes only). If you want to try the modern incarnation, the 2.0 beta of renderSight Scripter (for Windows) is available at https://www.daylongraphics.com/products/renderSight_scripter.php Download PenStorm for Mac
From Mac OS 7.5 up to Mac OS 9.2 It may run under Mac OS System 7 and 8 on PPC, although this has not been tested. Source code was built using Metrowerks CodeWarrior 8.3. The source distribution includes notes on building with older CW versions.
