What is Птица Говорун?

The program allows you to change the text that is displayed by default in the font preview window, including into Russian, which allows you to check fonts for their Russification.

Программа позволяет изменять текст, который по умолчанию отображается в окне предварительного просмотра шрифтов, в том числе и на русский, что позволяет проверять шрифты на предмет их русифицированности.
