What is Monotony?

Monotony simulates a metronome to help musicians practice by keeping a steady beat. It also has a visual beat indicator (looks sorta like a multi–segment bar graph LED). It comes with a variety of sounds to choose from, and ResEdit–savvy users can easily add new sounds. If you do add new sounds to Monotony, keep them very short and turn on the Purgeable bit. Sounds that are too long tend to mess up the timing.
