What is iAddress?

PIM, URL Manager, Text Clippings Server and Filemanager all rolled into one application.
A true Address-O-Matic for the Mac.

Overall Features

• Unlimited number of iAddress Books each with its own unique preferences.
• Six user-programmable default actions when record is chosen:
  • Open main editing/viewing window.
  • Open bookmark in browser.
  • Open email client with new message .
  • Copy entire record or only selected fields to clipboard.
  • Open file/application.
  • Copy text-clipping to clipboard.
• Default actions can be overridden using key-combinations while choosing record.
• Operates in less than 1 meg of RAM.
• Nearly invisible user interface.
• Separate import and print modules keep RAM requirements of iAddress as low as possible.

Calendar

• Individually marked calendar for each and every record.
• One-time dates automatically deleted after date has passed..
• Reminder window alerts user to dates within his/her pre-defined warning range.

Address Book

• Searchable database of important contact information.
• Records can be filed under last name, company or both.
• Entire record or selected fields can be automatically copied to clipboard for easy pasting into other apps.
• Integrated with email client for easy emailing.

URL Manager

• Searchable database of all your favorite bookmarks.
• Bookmarks can be filed alphabetically or under 26 user-defined categories per iAddress book.
• Bookmarks can be saved with much more information than with standard URL managers.
• iAddress is compatible with Navigator/Communicator, Internet Explorer and iCab.

Text Clippings Server

• Often used phrases can be a saved and automatically recalled to clipboard.
• Clippings can be recalled with/without titles.
• Saves a ton of retyping.

Filemanager

• Addresses of often used files/applications can be filed in one central application which can then be used to open original files/applications.
• Simply drag files/folders onto iAddress icon to file their addresses.
• File statistics are also recorded and can be viewed instead of opening file.
• Files can now be categorized during the cataloging routine.
