What is Disk Charmer?

Disk Charmer is a small utility for erasing stacks of floppy disks. It sports background formatting, but only when the Thread Manager is present...  Disk Charmer 2.1 adds the capability of choosing whether to look for (and lock out) the bad sectors or not.
