What is NotePad Deluxe?

NotePad Deluxe is a powerful, all-purpose notepad. This notepad supports styled text, inline-pictures, web links, file links, find and replace, real tabs, style formats, a hierarchical note system, built-in help, sorting, labels, encryption, import and export of RTF, and a lot of other things. Yet it is easy to handle and has a quick and intuitive user interface.
