What is 68K Macintosh Development System (68KMDS)?

This is version 2.0 of Apple's 68K Macintosh Development System (68KMDS or just "MDS"), by Bill Duvall of Consulair. To my knowledge Disk 3 in particular was not previously available online before this upload (January 2022). Disk 3 is essential for HFS compatibility: this version is HFS-compatible using the path manager utility on that disk. The images are of the 3 original 400k disks from 1986.
