From Mac OS 10.2 up to Mac OS 10.5 Tested and ran fine at 1024x768 on a Mac mini with OS X 10.5.8, 1.42ghz PowerPC G4, 1gb RAM and Radeon 9200. Widescreen resolutions not supported. Also tested and failed with black screen and lockup requiring reset on an iBook G4 with OS X 10.5.8, 1ghz PowerPC G4, 768mb RAM and Radeon 9200. In order to extract the game, you'll want to rename the three files so the extensions are .001, .002 and .003 otherwise you'll receive an error when trying to expand.
OS X Leopard (10.5.8), G5 dual-core 2.3 GHz, Nvidia Quadro 4500 compatibility report This rig does not handle True Crime very well, at 1024x768 and high details the framerate frequently drops below 10 FPS when moving around the city. There are also severe bugs with lighting. Everything appears extremely flat with no shading, and no shadows are cast at all. Traffic light reflections flicker and occasionally white squares flicker over large parts of the environment. Sound is also extremely buggy across the board with many missing and broken sound effects. Overall I would consider this unplayable.
