What is Boycott?

Boycott/MacOS is a Nintendo Gameboy emulator for the Macintosh.

Boycott supports both original and Colour Gameboy emulation, along with reasonably good compatibility. It also supports Rumble Pack emulation and snapshots. On the interface side, it supports Apple Events, InputSprocket, Keyboard Configuration, and several different video modes. It will run on both 68K and PowerPC Macs. Boycott/MacOS also includes sound emulation, using the driver from DBoy for DOS by BouKiCHi. Additional video modes can be added to this emulator via my Blitter Library plugin.

Original Gameboy cartridges can be backed up for use on Boycott with the GB/GBC/GBP PC-Linker, an inexpensive gadget from Lik Sang.

Boycott was initially developed by Julien Frelat for MS-DOS, Windows, and Unix.
