What is The Untouchable?

The Untouchable is a very nice Mortal Kombat style arcade game with photorealistic characters, for 1 or 2 players.  Animations in this Macintosh game are quite exceptionally fluid and photorealistic for 1998, especially given that they're very large sprites on a moving background.
