What is Apple Service Information Resource CD's (SIR)? Sir - Service Information Resource The Service information Resource CD (or "SIR") has been created by Bruno Sermon, Hans Kleynen and Claude Mary from Apple Computer BeNeLux and Henry Buydens from Apple Computer Europe - IEA. The purpose of this CD is to provide our Resellers and other people with a tool which will allow them to support their customers in a more effective way. This CD has no intention of being complete but it's a good collection of tools which may be needed to diagnose and/or repair a defective Macintosh or other Apple equipment. SIR will be updated at least every 2 months (or sooner if necessary). All questions and feedback about this CD should be addressed to Bruno Sermon (A'Link : BRUNO) or Henry Buydens (A'Link : HENRY).
