What is Comment Synch?

Comment Synch will allow you to set, view, and convert File Comments in the OSX or Classic format. Comment Synch also can browse file comments, as well as synchronize them recursively. This utility is helpful for anyone who uses file comments from their OS9 days. Comment Synch will also batch convert an entire Hard Drive and will synchronize your Classic comments with your OSX comments ONLY if they are not both being used.

There aren't many tools that allow Desktop DB <-> .DS_Store comment migration and it's a shame it has become hard to find a copy online.  ARCHIVE.ORG didn't have a single version archived.
