(There's no video for HFS Disk Maker for Intel OSX yet. Please contribute to MR and add a video now!)
HFS Disk Maker is a tiny utility app for Intel OSX that re-enables making HFS disk images from folders, a functionality that was removed by Apple starting from Mac OS X 10.6. Once the Intel era set in, Apple only intended users to mount HFS disks and not make any. The only option left was then to make HFS+ disk images, a format that is not compatible with Mac OS 8.0 and older.
