What is Graphiccelerator?

This tool can do two related things:

- Display and modify core and memory frequencies stored in a flashing utility (ATI only).
- Display and modify core and memory frequencies stored in a ROM (ATI and NVIDIA).

Then use the utilities on the disk image to flash the modified ROMs on cards.
