What is Dialog Creator?

Dialog Creator is a tool used to help create 'DLOG' resources. It allowed you to create the resources somewhat graphically. It then output a file for RMaker, which would interpret it and create the actual resources. RMaker was impressive enough at the time that it got bundled by several development packages, including Consulair Mac C.
