What is Dumpster 3.4.1?

Allows you to pick a new trash can icon from a large collection of icons.
Also allows you to change all the default folder icons, and quite a bit of others. Changes take effect when you quit the program, so no restarting required.
Includes Scheme Importer, which is a small utility to import icon files from an existing Kaleidoscope theme.

Note about use with Kaleidoscope: While Dumpster does work with Kaleidoscope, it's good to first understand how it behaves: When you have a Kaleidoscope theme activated and proceed to use Dumpster to change the above mentioned icons, those replacement icons will be saved to the Kaleidoscope theme that's currently active! So if you do not wish to overwrite the original theme's icons, create a copy of the the theme file first, and modify the copy instead of the original one. On the other hand, this might be exacly what you want: If some theme doesn't have a custom trash or folder icon and you wish it did, or you just don't like them, then you can easily improve a Kaleidoscope theme by tweaking it with Dumpster.

"If you own an iMac or a new Blue & White G3 you must upgrade to system 8.6 for Dumpster compatibility. Dumpster is compatible with all other Macs running System 8.0, 8.1, 8.5 an 8.6 etc."
