What is SGI OpenGL 1.1.2?

OpenGL 1.1.2 was one of the earlier versions used in the Mac OS 8 era.  It could be downloaded from Apple's FTP at some point.

For any Mac OS version above 8.1, it is suggested that you use a more recent version of OpenGL than this.
