What is Vortex Next Generation?

Vortex Next Generation takes the previous instalment of Vortex and knocks it into 3D. The core gameplay mechanics are still there, that being spin around the edge of the play area to knock a ball into the bricks located in the center of the screen. However graphics, sound and other additional effectors have been greatly enhanced.

This version of Vortex is also capable of multiplayer, both local and over a network. Up to 4 players can work together to clear the stages.

Compatibility notes

Seperate versions have been made for MacOS9 and OSX. A patch enables the OS9 version to play nice under MacOS8
