What is Red Ryder?

Red Ryder was a telecommunications program that supported numerous protocols (including XMODEM, YMODEM, and Kermit) and could emulate numerous terminals (VT52, VT100, and ASCII TTY). While it was highly configurable and capable of working with a wide range of devices, it was often seen as difficult to learn. Red Ryder was eventually replaced by White Knight
