What is O2Em?

O2Em/MacOS is a competent Odyssey^2 emulator for Macintosh.

It runs just about all the existing software with reasonable sound support - with only one or two titles that do not run well. Additional video modes can be added to this emulator via my Blitter Library plugin.

O2Em was initially developed for DOS by Dan Boris.

Compatibility notes

Version 0.6.6 requires CarbonLib 1.2 or later, or Mac OS X.
Starting with version 1.0.3, it requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later.
- Quartz Extreme compatible AGP graphics card recommended.
Starting with version 1.0.8, it requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
