Before MAME, there was only one way to play Ms. Pacman on a Mac, it was this homage/remake by Tom Lakovic. It was incredibly polished, featuring 3d graphics (all pre-rendered in the style of DK Country), with a fit and finish that was reminiscent of Ambrosia titles of that era. But most importantly, unlike many remakes, especially in the pacman franchise, this one had remarkably accurate and faithful gameplay.
Before the advent of emulation, that was a rarity! The ghosts' personalities and chase patterns, speeds, ms. pacman's fractional gains by turning corners, overall iintensity of game play, were so accurate, given that is not an emulator.
Ms. Mac Person is a forgotten gem for our beloved Macintoshes. Well worth getting running on a 90s mac or emulating. Add to that a killer sound track (think original pacman music but trance inducing remix), and wacca wacca! it just never gets old.
