What is Ultimatte KnockOut V1.0?

Stand-alone application used for 'knocking out' the background of an image. Sometimes these would be called 'silos' or simply a 'cutout'. A good use of this tool would be when someone is in front of a busy background and has curly or fly-away hair. All these years later, such an image extraction is still pretty tricky.
