What is Billy Goes Bowling ?

This game was written in between Scruffy and Scruffy ][. It was never meant to be released, I finished it but didn't like it very much, so I put it down and went on to work on Scruffy ][. On a lark, I sent this copy to somebody who sent me an email about Scruffy ][, which is how it got out into the wild. I appreciate whoever kept it around all these years as now anybody can play it.
