What is Joy Of Hex?

Joy Of Hex 1.2.0  and Joy Of Hex Editor 1.3.0

[Joy Of Hex is] a reasonably complex, planning/execution, hex based war game. This game was originally designed to cover mostly battalion level combat during World War II, but with the included editor the possibilities are endless.
